Phill is a manager in the Corporate Finance group at Opportune. Phill serves a variety of industries including private equity, aviation, healthcare, oil & gas, technology, industrials, transportation and logistics, and manufacturing. Prior to Opportune during his collegiate studies, Phill was a Summer Investment Analyst at Main Street Capital Corporation where he analyzed the financial health, performed valuations and aided in the M&A deal process for various portfolio companies. Before that, Phill was a Business Valuation Consultant Assistant at Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP where he was responsible for company valuations. Prior to Deloitte, he was a corporate banking Summer Analyst in the Energy Group at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. which he focused on RBLs, in-depth financial and operational due diligence of oil and gas companies.
Phill graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Accounting with Business Honors and a Master’s degree in Financial Management. In addition, he is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
